PSHE Modules
The Personal Social Health Education (PSHE) programme at Skillz is an important part of the timetable. Young People look at subjects such as Drugs and Alcohol Awareness, Young People and Law, Healthy Living, Personal Development, Assertiveness and Sexual Health to name a few. The work is important to give young people knowledge and tools they need to access further education, employment and training and make the most the qualifications they have gained, both at Skillz, in school and with other learning providers.
Alongside the PSHE sessions there is a range of other support available for young people, provided by the Skillz staff and through signposting to external agencies across Leeds.
